Britney Spears has done it again, and by "it" we mean freaked out. It appears that Britney is attempting to make a comeback and financed a new music video. After the video shoot, which took place at a Hollywood hotel, Britney encourage some of the extras to play a racy version of truth or dare. Britney drank booze and was the first one to strip down topless and go for a swim. She then began making out with a male extra.
