Make your mantra, “water, water, water!” Drink it all day long. It’ll give you energy, aids digestion and helps the liver metabolize fat. 4. Wear comfortable/walk-able shoes to work. You’ll be more inclined to move, faster and more often. This is the epitome of the term, “non-exercise activity”. It’s when you get activity outside the confines of a structured workout. 5. Celebrate your body! When you treat it right - with exercise, diet and rest – you basically inform the universe, “yeah, I’m lucky and I know it.” This is the attitude that produces total wellness and gets people off the couch and into the gym.
