Go slow, the food is already caught and cooked. Avoid piling the food up sky high. Sample a few items on a cocktail napkin instead. Look for chicken and fish if it's available and stay clear of fried foods. Guacamole is a better choice than onion dip. Amazingly enough, fudge is a better option than a brownie. The fudge has much less fat. The key is moderation, as long as you don't make a pig of yourself you should be able to enjoy your holiday.
