This article isn't really about fashion but I guess you could call it fashionable. The real estate market around the country is soft. Prices are down nearly everywhere. Not in New York City. New condo complexes in the "tony" Chelsea neighborhood. An average condo sells for at least 2 million. Thats a lot of cash but its not the worst of it. If you want a parking space in your own building it will cost you an additional $250,000. A quarter mil for a parking spot. What a country.
